Needs some adjustment, no, lol.

Anyway, how you do it is super simple:
 - You model a step (flat plane, otherwise it will distort later)
 - You add the array modifier, set it to a constant offset and to the number of steps you would like
 - Add the simple deform modifier to rotate the staircase in the way you want it to go
 - Add a Solidifier modifier to give your steps some thickness, like in the first.
